Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, quality control, and supervising construction projects. If you have a passion for overseeing projects from start to finish and ensuring they meet high-quality standards, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from planning to completion
- Review and interpret project schematics and blueprints
- Conduct construction estimating
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- High school degree and 2 years of work experience
- Proven experience in construction supervision and project management
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with quality control standards in the construction industry
